Ultrasound & 4-D Ultrasound

Greenville Women's Clinic is committed to caring for you and your baby during your pregnancy. Through the use of ultrasonography, we are able to provide you with the first glimpse of your child while closely monitoring his/her development. An ultrasound scan is considered to be a safe, non-invasive, accurate and cost-effective investigation of the fetus. It has progressively become an indispensible obstetric tool and plays an important role in the care of every pregnant woman.

We also offer the latest in ultrasound technology, 4D Ultrasound. This technology provides clear, high resolution images of your unborn child, providing us the opportunity to see internal anatomy and to draw conclusions about fetal development. This type of ultrasound lasts 20-40 minutes and is best performed at 27 to 30 weeks gestation. This 4D Imaging allows you to see your baby's face for the first time while he or she is still in the womb and to view your baby yawning, stretching, or sucking its thumb.
